the blog seems to be dead now but im still updating so i expect you ppl to read it(:

sat yfs: it's settled. we have to call the parents of the teens and we must also get them to download the forms for the website. the name list with their home number will be in tmr. so only then will i pass on the numbers to you guys. i'll do the distributing of numbers. and please take note that we are NOT supposed to disclose these numbers to anyone as some teens might not like their particulars disclosed.
things to take note of
1. ask for the parents and not the teens. (if they should ask you who you are, just tell them your name and do not tell them where you are calling from as i know some of the teens will put the phone down on you)
2. when talking to the parents, tell them that you are "calling from the Church of the Holy Family Cath Ministry". tell them about the games day and tell them to download the consent forms from the church website.
3. tell them that their teens need to bring the consent forms on games day (19th may)
4. ask them if they are g0ing to contribute food or not. if yes, ask what they will be contributing. (take it down and send back to me)
5. inform them that there will be no lesson next sat.

just for your information, since sabrina kindly brought ALOT of ping pong balls for us, we will be using pingpong balls for the egg-relay instead so we do not waste so much food.

is macs ok for all of you on games day? if there are not enough food, we will eat macs.
